I absolutely loved the location of the hotel, it was perfect for me, close to New Market shopping area and Forum Mall plus there are interesting shops along Park Street. The rooms had a nice decor and were up to the mark, and the service was very helpful and cooperative. However, the dining experience was a bit of a disappointment. In general, the hotel services were great but a ton of hidden or at least unanticipated charges could be frustrating.
